Rebekah strives to understand the connections between yogic philosophy and scientific knowledge and shares this wisdom in her yoga sessions. Thirteen years of yogic study, complemented by a master's degree in chemical engineering, and daily immersion in raw nature, deeply influence her teaching.

Mie is an enthusiastic international vinyasa flow yoga practitioner and a 500-hour ERYT with an impressive 3000+ teaching hours. She has embraced various styles while living Japan, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, the U.S., England, and Germany, and completed her advanced training with the renowned Jason Crandell. Her teaching is infused with inspiration from diverse cultures, as she believes yoga is a sacred space for authentic self-connection. Mie is passionate about sharing the joy of yoga and inspiring curiosity in movement, creating a welcoming space where everyone can explore their full potential.

CATHY
Cathy is a teacher from The Netherlands of 25 years with a background in Exercise Therapy (Mensendieck), and has been teaching yoga for 20 years. In her classes, she focuses on body awareness guiding participants to feel where movement arises and offering safe adaptations for those with injuries. With her experience in massage therapy and breathwork Cathy weaves deep relaxation and conscious breathing into each session. Her mission is to create a practice that feels fluid, safe, and deeply restorative. Two of her great passions are Sound Healing and SUP Yoga. Through sound, she guide participants into deep relaxation and energetic balance, while SUP Yoga brings the joy of movement, playfulness, and flow on the water. Both practices reflect her love for creating unique experiences that connect body, mind, and nature.

MUGISHA
Mugisha Ali Allan is a multi-talented wellness guide and teaching artist whose practice blends the art of yoga with embodied healing. A certified instructor in Yin Yoga, Hatha, Aerial Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, and Qi Gong, his sessions are a compassionate exploration of breath and healing. Hailing from Uganda, he is a familiar face at festivals throughout East Africa, where he guides individuals to find their center and reconnect with their inner strength. Mugisha’s unique approach helps participants achieve a state of balance and inner peace, while building strength both on and off the mat.

SISTER TIBEBWA
Sister Tibebwa is a mother, healer, and spiritual guide who has a unique ability to merge various healing modalities with a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of all things. With a focus on Tantra, emotional intelligence, trauma release, and women's empowerment, she has been teaching Tantric practices and healing arts around the world. Her passion for regeneration, community building, and helping people reconnect with their true selves shines through in all her offerings. As a an Yoga instructor with over 25 years of experience, Sister Tibebwa integrates ancient wisdom with modern practices to create transformative spaces for healing and spiritual growth.
MASUMA
Masuma embarked on her yoga journey eight years ago, initially seeking personal healing and a way to navigate through depression. What as meditation evolved into a deep connection with yoga as a holistic lifestyle. She has trained at various ashrams in India, gaining insights from multiple traditions. Her qualifications include a 200-hour Teacher Training Course with Sivananda, 100 hours of Yoga Therapy at Yogadarshanam, as well as at Isha Yoga Centre and Vipassana Dhamma Centre. These experiences allow her to blend meditation, therapeutic methods, and traditional yoga practices to foster personal transformation and overall well-being. Her teaching is grounded authenticity, compassion, and the belief that yoga can lead back to balance, resilience, and inner peace.
JULIET
Juliet has over 20 years of Pilates teaching experience, blending technical expertise with a passion for movement. She has worked as an educator for seven years, assessing Level 3 and 4 Pilates qualifications. With certifications, she continually enhances her skills through training. At the start of the pandemic, Juliet moved her business online and now teaches multiple classes a week to online members all over the world, as well as around the UK and this means her members can keep up their practise wherever they might be. Previously, she was involved in professional showjumping and polo. Juliet brings life and joy to all her classes with her bubbly personality.

ALI
Ally Ismail Malambuka is a talented acrobat and dancer from Mtwara, Tanzania. With a passion for performance that began in his early years, Ally has honed his skills through rigoroustraining and diverse experiences acrossthe globe. Ally is particularly well-known for his captivating Icarian games acts and dynamic dance performances. His professional experience includes notable performances such as the African Super League opening ceremony in 2023. His international career has taken him to prestigious circuses, including Circus Probst in Germany and Circus Phenix in France and Ally was crowned the winner of the East Africa (Sakata) competition in 2016! Ally continues to inspire audiences with his artistry and dedication to his craft, making him a sought-after performer in the world of acrobatics and dance.

SHAYUR
Shayur is a multidisciplinary facilitator dedicated to creating spaces of connection, presence, and joyful self-expression. As an Ecstatic Dance DJ and Founder of Ecstatic Dance Kenya, he crafts transformative musical journeys that blend global sounds and invite dancers into deeper awareness of body, spirit, and community. Trained by renowned DJs including Temple Step, Scott Nice, Mose, and ATYYA, he hosts regular dances in Nairobi and beyond. He has been practicing meditation since childhood and has been formally trained in various awareness techniques. which he applies in his sessions. In various festivals, he facilitates Contact Improvisation Dance workshops, offering playful spaces to explore movement, connection, and shared expression. Through dance, music, meditation, ceremony, and devotion, Shayur invites participants to reconnect with themselves—and with the simple, profound joy of being human

ROSE
Rose started her yoga path in Amsterdam in 2002, and studied in India in sacred places. She has been teaching over 20 years on a full time base. Having also founded a yoga studio in Amsterdam many years ago, she now teaches a 3 year teacher training course in prana yoga. She founded a yoga retreat centre in Jambiani, Zanzibar and teaches in Stone Town and Amsterdam on a regular basis. Outside of yoga classes, she gives massages and massage training. ​

CYNTHIA
Cynthia began her artistic career in 1995 after leaving the corporate world to paint children’s murals in Atlanta, Georgia, later expanding into gallery work, national festivals, exhibitions, private commissions, and online platforms. Her practice is rooted in mixed media contemporary abstraction, alongside vibrant botanical and tropical scenes inspired by a deep connection to nature. Blending her lifelong passion for painting with photography, she now creates hand-painted photographic works that merge visual storytelling with texture and emotion. Teaching is a natural extension of her practice, and she finds great joy in guiding others through the creative process. Now based in Tanzania, she draws daily inspiration from the land, culture, and rhythms of East Africa, which continue to shape both her art and her life. KRISTINA
Introducing Kristina, a passionate yoga teacher from Slovenia, based in Zanzibar who brings over 10 years of experience in various style. With a solid foundation in yoga education, she holds several trainings, including from the Indian Cultural Center in Dar es Salaam, along with a 50-hour yin yoga certification from Uzima Space in Zanzibar, with advanced training on the horizon. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced, blending mindful movements with precise pose alignment, yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation. Deeply connected to nature and the teachings of yoga spirituality and sutras, she draws wisdom from ancestral herbal medicine and Ayurveda, particularly focusing on Yoga for women. Committed to helping individuals tap into their body's innate wisdom, she inspires her students to connect with their true selves and reach their highest potential.
